Magic Bullets in Real Estate

The Landlord's Troubleshooter: A Survival Guide for New Landlords Rich Dad Poor Dad: What The Rich Teach Their Kids About Money - That The Poor And Middle Class Do Not!
Note: Rich Dad Poor Dad gets a bad rap sometimes. It is very "cheesy and over the top" and the author should be ashamed of himself in his approach. But .. the reason I so highly reccommend "Rich Dad Poor Dad" is because, frankly, it gets people excited about money, and investing in real estate. And it does beautifully teach the concep of putting your money into things that make money vs. things that depreciate. Don't buy the series, or the seminars, just read this one, and maybe Rich Dad Poor Dad's guide to investing. It will just put a little gas in your tank, and that alone is worth the cost.
